"Black Privilege" author Charlamagne Tha God talks to Harry about telling T-Pain he was a terrible singer.
He says T-Pain came on his show once and sang live without autotune.

"He sang live without the autotune and he sounded terrible. So I told him on the air and then a couple years later as I grew in my career and when I met him again he actually said, that’s what helped him get better as an artist because he stopped smoking and started taking better care of his voice treating his voice as an instrument, so he got better. That’s when the truth helps. The truth is like a shot, you take a shot, you put the needle in your arm it hurts at first but that vaccine is good for you," he tells Harry.
