"When I found out that Michael Phelps was joining our set I said the only way to beat a gold medal champion is to bring two gold medal champions," she told host LL Cool J.

Everyone was blown away by the surprise, including Chrissy Teigen and Raisman's parents, who weren't as stressed out this time around.

Lip Sync Battle Performances

"That was awesome," Phelps admitted. "I loved being on the team with these girls and seeing them perform is so special."

Was Olivia's stunt enough to win over the American public? John Legend brought out Stevie Wonder for a rendition of "Hey Ya" by Outkast. Terry Crews had us seeing red, white and blue with an appearance from President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

But nobody could compete with the smooth moves and raps from Phelps.

For the first time in Lip Sync Battle history, the swimmer decided on an Eminem song. Let's just say this was a version of "Lose Yourself" we will not forget anytime soon. The winner of this battle voted on by viewers at home goes to Phelps.
