Best Burger Bar to Open in Former Middle Gray Space in Brookline Village

A new burger place is on its way to Brookline, and it will be taking over the space where a multi-concept spot had been until closing this spring.

According to a source, Best Burger Bar is planning to open in Brookline Village, moving into the former Middle Gray space on Station Street. It appears that the new eatery will be a casual burger bar that features burgers made with dry-aged beef, and that it could be opening sometime in early to mid-July if all goes as planned. A page on the town website confirms that the place is indeed coming, saying that a meeting took place today that included discussion on installing new signage for Best Burger Bar in the old Middle Gray space.

The Middle Gray, which first opened in August of 2015, included a coffee shop/cafe, art gallery, wine bar, and performance space.

The address for the upcoming Best Burger Bar is 6 Station Street, Brookline, MA, 02445.
