
Nurses from Brigham and Women’s Hospital voted to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement with the hospital.
The agreement focused on strong compensation and benefits in an effort to value the nurse’s hard work during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as retain and recruit nurses amid the workforce shortage, the Massachusetts Nurses Association said Tuesday
