Award-winning deli Moody's Delicatessen is opening in Back Bay. Curretnly Rebecca's Cafe occupies the spot on Boylston Street but it will close for good on September 8th. The original Moody's Delicatessen opened on Moody Street in Waltham. The new address will be 500 Boylston Street.

Popular Boston sports bar Hurricane O'Reilly's may have been sold to a new owner. The bar located right near North Station and TD Garden will change ownership pending approval by the city. The address is 150 Canal Street in Boston.

Jaho Coffee Roasters & Wine Bar is set to open in Back Bay. The new location will be on Huntington Avenue next to Copley Place and the Prudential Center. The popular chain will offer a variety of coffee and teas as well as soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries, and more. The wine bar portion will offer beer, wine, and spirits. Currently there are other locations in Downtown Crossing/Chinatown, the South End, and Salem. The address will be 116 Huntington Ave.

Pad Thai Cafe will reopen in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. The restaurant will open on Hemenway Street taking over the space where Rice Bowl had been. Pad Thai Cafe used to be located on Boylston Street but shut down last December. The address will be 6 Hemenway Street.

Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook, New Hampshire is now closed following a fire. The popular restaurant suffered major damage to the rear of the building and the kitchen. The restaurant hopes to reopen soon but it is unclear when that will be. The address is 407 Route 286 in Seabrook.

Spotlight Tavern in Beverly has closed down and the location will be auctioned off. The popular bar was known for its live music, comedy, and art events. The restaurant offered typical pub food and American classics. The address was 208 Rantoul Street.

Jack's Coal Fired Pizza is opening in Burlington where Papa Razzi previously resided. The popular pizza chain will be located at 2 Wall Street in Burlington.
