The ‘Today’ Show meteorologist Al Roker and anchor Craig Melvin kicked off their big RV adventure Monday at Fan Pier Park in the Seaport District.
Joining NBC10 Boston and necn meteorologist Matt Noyes, Roker and Melvin greeted fans and spoke on air. The duo are traveling in an RV and their first stop was in none other than Beantown. Their next stop will be in Maine.
Fans were encouraged to follow tradition with ‘Today’ and displayed homemade fans. Some took this as an opportunity to greet loved ones as they hoped to make it on TV, while others made birthday announcements and requests for photos with Roker and Melvin.
