The Aftermath of Hurricane Barry in Photos

Hurricane Barry has downgraded to Tropical Storm Barry once more, but it is still affecting communities in Louisiana. The storm dumped up to 17 inches of rain on the area and transformed parts of the Mississippi Delta into "an ocean."
