Flags were up Monday morning at the Boston Common Heroes Flag Garden, but it was a smaller, more socially distant display than in years past. Representatives of the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund planted them overnight. Also on Monday morning, representatives of the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund and Gov. Charlie Baker placed a wreath at the flag garden.
