Tom Hanks Photobombs Lucky Couple’s Wedding Shoot in Central Park

A delighted couple was more than happy to have their Central Park wedding shoot crashed by the star of "Sully." Photos provided to NBC 4 New York by Meg Miller.

Tom Hanks really may just be the nicest guy in Hollywood. The Academy-Award winning actor was jogging through Central Park on Sept. 24, 2016, when he spotted Elizabeth and Ryan taking their wedding photos and stopped by to introduce himself to their surprise, photographer Meg Miller told media outlets.

Hanks took off his hat and simply said, "Hi, I'm Tom Hanks," before shaking the the groom's hand, Miller told The Huffington Post.

Miller snapped several wonderful shots, including this one of Hanks kissing Elizabeth's hand while the couple grinned from ear to ear. Hanks even offered his services as a wedding officiant, since he is an ordained minister.

Hanks took a selfie with the couple, which he later posted to his Instagram and Twitter complete with a warm congratulations.
