Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker gave his annual address to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday morning.

The breakfast event was held at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Baker has spoken at the event every year since he was elected in 2015.

"I think it's no secret that more people are working in Massachusetts than at any time in the state's history," Baker said, touting the low unemployment rate.

Baker said that Massachusetts is the "national leader" in K-12 education, while also noting the state's great strides in health care.

The governor also noted that significant elements of the Massachusetts state health care law are baked into the Affordable Care Act.
