A 65-year-old woman was killed Tuesday morning in rollover crash in Somerset, Massachusetts.
State police said the single-vehicle crash was reported at 6:40 a.m. on Interstate 195 westbound near Exit 4.
A preliminary investigation revealed the woman was traveling westbound on I-195 in her 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee when she lost control of her car and crashed it into the median.
The victim, who was identified only as a Pawtucket, Rhode Island woman, was declared dead at the scene. She was the sole occupant of the vehicle. Authorities said her identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The cause of what made the driver lose control of her vehicle remains under investigation.
