Police in Methuen, Massachusetts, confirm one person has been killed and another has been seriously injured in a an accident on Route 113.
Police responded to the scene on Moody Avenue Monday morning.
Police say 39-year-old Frank Arocho was heading east when his car crossed into the westbound lane and hit a pole.
He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
His passenger, 33-year-old Kerri-Ann Roberto was later pronounced dead.
