10-Year-Old Arrested For Firing BB Gun At School Buses

Methuen Police have arrested a 10-year-old boy after the windows of two school buses were damaged by a BB gun on Thursday.

Police say the buses were moving at the time they were shot at by the boy, who was shooting the BB gun from his home.

The suspect does not go to school in the Methuen area.

There were no injuries reported, but police say they are taking the incident very seriously.

The suspect, who will not be named because of his age, is facing charges of malicious damage, one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and several counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. The multiple counts were filed given the amount of children that were on the bus.
