Police in Massachusetts say they have found the 11-year-old boy who went missing on Cape Cod, and he is safe.
Barnstable police in a Facebook update thanked everyone for sharing that Jeremy was missing.
At the time, police said Jeremy, who has autism, was last seen wearing a purple pull-up in the area of 979 Falmouth Road in Hyannis.
