An elderly Brockton, Massachusetts, man and his 54-year-old son have been indicted on 92 charges that they sexually preyed on a female victim for almost a decade.
Lawrence Svedine, 81, and Mark Svedline, were indicted by a grand jury Tuesday.
Lawrence Svedine is facing 46 counts of rape of a child, among other charges. His son, Mark, is facing 36 counts of rape of a child, among other charges.
An adult female went to Middleboro Police in May 2015 and reported that the two men sexually abused her beginning in 1993, when she was 6-year-old, and ended in 2012.
Lawrence Svedine also was indicted on similar charges involving another female victim.
Both men are expected to be arraigned Friday.
