Two men have been arrested and charged in the shooting that left one man dead and three others injured at a Lynn, Massachusetts, playground over the weekend.

Lynn residents Rogelleo Morrison, 43, and Luis Falcon, 25, were arrested Sunday night, a day after the shootings at the Warren Street Playground, according to the Essex District Attorney's Office.

A basketball tournament was underway on the court at the time of the shooting Saturday evening, while a block party was also happening nearby.

The quadruple shooting killed 34-year-old Brandon Jesurum. He was taken to Salem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Jesurum's fiancée was one of the people packing the courtroom Monday awaiting the suspects' hearing. She wanted to know why he was gunned down.

The surviving victims were identified as an 18-year-old woman, a 20-year-old woman and a 49-year-old man.

The surviving man's dog was shot during the violence and taken to a nearby animal shelter, where it died as well.

The Essex District Attorney's Office originally said three people were shot, but later clarified hthat four people were shot.

Morrison was arraigned on a murder charge Monday afternoon, while Falcon was arraigned on a charge of accessory after the fact of murder. Both were held without bail.
