Man Dead After Double Shooting in Dorchester, Police Say

One man has died after a double shooting Monday night in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, according to the city's police department.

The Boston Police Department responded to the shooting just after 8 p.m. on Dewey Street, where they found two men with apparent gunshot wounds, according to a news release from the agency.

Both of the victims were taken to local hospitals, police said, where one of them was pronounced dead.

The other victim was listed in critical condition at last check.
