2016 New Hampshire Presidential Candidate Tracker

With the 2014 mid-term elections over, it's time to look ahead to the 2016 New Hampshire primary

The flood of potential 2016 presidential candidates to New Hampshire officially began this month.

On Friday and Saturday, Democrat Martin O'Malley was scheduled to be in New Hampshire, and Republican Carly Fiorina is scheduled to be in the Granite State on Saturday as well.

Starting next week, the big Republican names start coming in. Lindsey Graham will be in state on Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9, and Rick Perry will be there on Thursday, March 12 and Friday, March 13.

Also on Friday, March 13, Jeb Bush is scheduled to arrive in New Hampshire for the first day of his two-day visit. Scott Walker is also scheduled to make an appearance on Saturday, March 14, and Ted Cruz will be in the state on Sunday, March 15 and Monday, March 16.

Graham returns on Tuesday, March 17, where he will speak at the WILD Irish Breakfast in Nashua along with George Pataki, another possible 2016 GOP contender.

Then things should quiet down for at least a couple of weeks before the candidate visits pick up again in April.

Details on Jeb Bush's NH Visit (3/4)

Details are beginning to emerge on Jeb Bush's planned visit to New Hampshire next week.

The Union Leader's Dan Tuohy reports that Bush will appear at a fundraiser for Congressman Frank Guinta at 5 p.m. at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford. Later that night, at 6:45 p.m., Bush will attend a house party at the home of former NHGOP Chairman Fergus Cullen in Dover.

Rich Killion, who is heading up Bush's New Hampshire efforts, said he expects to release additional details later this week.

Lindsey Graham to NH (3/2)

Lindsey Graham, the Republican Senator from South Carolina, is scheduled to make two visits to New Hampshire in March. He has already formed a 2016 exploratory committee.

Graham is scheduled to speak at a Politics and Eggs breakfast at 8 a.m. on March 9 at the Bedford Village Inn. And organizers of the WILD Irish Breakfast in Nashua confirmed Tuesday that both Graham and former New York Gov. George Pataki are both scheduled to speak at the March 17 event.

Big Names at NHGOP Event (2/27)

Eight potential 2016 Republican presidential candidates are now scheduled to speak at the NHGOP's "First in the Nation" Republican Leadership Summit on April 17-18 at the Crowne Plaza in Nashua.

Bobby Jindal, Rick Perry, George Pataki, Carly Fiorina, Rand Paul, Peter King, Bob Ehrlich and John Bolton are all confirmed for the 2-day Republican leadership conference.

It's still possible that additional 2016 GOP presidential candidates could be announced as speakers at a later date.

Perry Releases Video of NH Visit (2/17)

Rick Perry released an animated - and very presidential feeling - YouTube video on Sunday titled "Rick Perry Visits NH 2015." The former Texas governor was in the Granite State from Feb. 11-12, where he had several speaking engagements.

The YouTube video features one of those speaking engagements, and shows a fired up Perry addressing New Hampshire Republicans, including activist Karen Testerman and NHGOP Chairman Jennifer Horn.

"Granite's tough, it's durable, just like the people who live in this fiercely independent state," Perry said in the video clip. "It's snowing, it's cold, but I'm fired up."

He also twice referenced the state's famous motto, "Live Free or Die."

"Live Free or Die, Amen," he said at the start of the video, which he closed by saying, "New Hampshire is about livin' free or dyin'!"

No word yet on when Perry might return to New Hampshire.

Christie Returns to NH (2/13)

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will return to New Hampshire on Monday, where he speak at an event in Concord.

He is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the joint Merrimack County-Concord City Republican Committee Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner at 6 p.m. at the Grappone Center.

Christie made several trips to the Granite State last year to campaign for Republican gubernatorial candidate Walt Havenstein.

Several other Republican candidates are also scheduled to visit the state in the next month. Marco Rubio and Bob Ehrlich are both scheduled to be in New Hampshire from Feb. 23-24, Carly Fiorina has a visit planned for March 7, and Jeb Bush is planning to travel to the state for the first time in 15 years on March 13-14. Scott Walker will be in New Hampshire on March 14, and Ted Cruz on March 15.

Ehrlich to NH Feb. 23-24 (2/12)

Potential 2016 Republican presidential contender Bob Ehrlich will make a two-day swing through New Hampshire later this month.

The @BobEhrlich2016 Twitter feed tweeted on Wednesday that the former Maryland governor has added a day to his New Hampshire visit, which will now be from Feb. 23-24, and he will be bringing his wife Kendel with him.

Ehrlich made three visits to New Hampshire last year.

Fiorina, Perry in NH This Week (2/10)

The 2016 New Hampshire Primary is now officially 1-year away, assuming the date remains as scheduled on Feb. 9, 2016.

And already, the Granite State is starting to see a parade of potential presidential contenders. On Tuesday, potential GOP candidate Carly Fiorina spoke at a "Politics & Eggs" breakfast at the Bedford Village Inn.

And former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who sought the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, is scheduled to be in New Hampshire for a two-day swing on Wednesday and Thursday.

On the Democratic side, the Run Warren Run group that is trying to convince Sen. Elizabeth Warren to run for president is scheduled to open its Manchester office at 530 Chestnut St. on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

Cruz to NH Next Month (2/5)

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate, is scheduled to visit New Hampshire next month.

The Boston Globe reports that Cruz will speak at the Grafton County Republican Committee's Lincoln Day Dinner on March 15 in Lincoln.

Cruz made three separate visits to New Hampshire last year.

Fiorina to Speak at NH Event (2/5)

Carly Fiorina, who is already scheduled to be in New Hampshire next week, will return to the state in May to speak at an event in Manchester.

The former Hewlett-Packard chairman and CEO, a possible 2016 GOP presidential contender, will give the keynote speech at the New Hampshire High Tech Council's Entrepreneur of the Year award event at the Radisson Center on May 8.

"We’re thrilled to have Carly Fiorina as our 2015 keynote speaker. As the first woman to lead a Fortune 50 company and an individual who climbed ladders and broke barriers in internationally-known tech companies, her experience, stories, wisdom and advice will make this year’s Entrepreneur of the Year event quite memorable," said Matt Cookson, the council’s executive director.

Fiorina is already scheduled to speak on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at a Politics & Eggs Breakfast at the Bedford Village Inn. She also made several visits to the Granite State last year.

Bolton Cancels NH Event (1/30)

A snowy forecast has prompted postponement of a New Hampshire political breakfast event featuring former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton, according to the Associated Press.

Bolton was slated to speak about terrorism, national security and the 2016 presidential race at the "Politics and Eggs" breakfast Monday morning at New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College in Manchester. But National Weather Service meteorologists say southern New Hampshire could be hit with a foot or more of snow Monday for the second time in a week.

The breakfast event has not been rescheduled.

The "Politics & Eggs" series is a forum for presidential candidates, political leaders, and other political analysts and commentators who visit the home of the nation's first presidential primary.

Bernie Sanders in NH (1/29)

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, a possible 2016 presidential candidate, is headed to New Hampshire this weekend.

Sanders will attend a house party at the home of Democratic activist and radio host Arnie Arnesen on Saturday in Concord.

Arnesen said she's expecting a good-sized crowd for the 3 p.m. event.

Pataki Reschedules NH Trip (1/28)

Former New York Gov. George Pataki was scheduled to be in New Hampshire on Tuesday and Wednesday, but his visit was postponed due to the blizzard.

A source said he's scheduled to return next week, on Tuesday, Feb. 3 and Wednesday, Feb. 4.

The possible 2016 GOP presidential hopeful is scheduled to attend a Cheshire County Republicans dinner on Tuesday and host a discussion with Saint Anselm College students on Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Additional stops are expected to be announced shortly.

Christie to NH (1/23)

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, a possible 2016 GOP presidential contender, is tentatively scheduled to speak at a Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner on Feb. 16 in Concord, New Hampshire, according to New Hampshire Journal.

The website's John DiStaso said Christie is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the Merrimack County-Concord City Republican Committee event at the Grappone Conference Center. Details are expected to be released shortly.

Christie made several visits to New Hampshire during last year's elections, campaigning for Republican gubernatorial candidate Walt Havenstein in his former role as chairman of the Republican Governors Association.

Pataki Returns to NH Next Week (1/22)

Former New York Gov. George Pataki, a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate, will return to New Hampshire next week, according to a source.

Details are still being finalized, but so far, Pataki is scheduled to attend a Cheshire County Republicans dinner on Tuesday and host a discussion with Saint Anselm College students on Wednesday at 4 p.m.

Pataki was just in the Granite State earlier this month, when he held a meet and greet at the 401 Tavern in Hampton and then held a series of private meetings and interviews.

Details of Rick Perry's NH Visit (1/20)

Rick Perry will make at least two public appearances when he visits New Hampshire next month.

The potential 2016 GOP presidential candidate is scheduled to attend a dinner at 5 p.m. on Feb. 11 with the Seacoast Republican Women at the Portsmouth Country Club in Greenland. On Feb. 12, he's scheduled to speak at the Strafford County Lincoln Day Dinner at 6 p.m. at the Cottage by the Bay in Dover.

Perry may also make additional stops while he's in the Granite State, but that information has not been released yet.

Rand Paul in NH (1/12)

Rand Paul will make six stops in New Hampshire on Wednesday, including a meeting with Manchester's mayor and a visit to a restaurant owned by his father's 2012 state campaign co-chair.

The Kentucky Senator is running for re-election to his seat in the U.S. Senate, but is also seen as a contender for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination.

Here's a quick look at his itinerary on Wednesday:

  • 8 a.m.: Legislative Leader Meeting & Breakfast at Murphy's Diner, 516 Elm St., Manchester. This event is open to the press.
  • 10:30 a.m.: Meeting with Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas, 1 City Hall Plaza, Manchester. This event is closed to the press.

Fiorina to Speak in NH on Feb. 10 (1/12)

Former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate, will speak at a "Politics & Eggs" breakfast next month, according to The Boston Globe's James Pindell.

Fiorina has already made several trips to New Hampshire, including a speech in Manchester last month.

Another possible Republican presidential candidate, John Bolton, is scheduled to speak at a "Politics & Eggs" breakfast on Feb. 2.

Pataki in Hampton, NH on Sunday (1/9)

Former New York Gov. George Pataki, a possible 2016 GOP presidential contender, will hold a meet and greet in Hampton, New Hampshire, on Sunday.

NH Journal's John DiStaso had previously reported (see below) that Pataki was scheduled to attend events Sunday and Monday in New Hampshire.

A Facebook event created by Republican consultant Alicia Preston account says Pataki will hold a meet and greet at 5 p.m. Sunday at the 401 Tavern, located at 401 Lafayette Road in Hampton. Preston has worked for Rudy Giuliani in the past, and most recently worked on Andrew Hemingway's campaign for New Hampshire governor.

Preston posted the following message on the Facebook event page:

"All are welcome to come and enjoy a casual meet & greet with Governor Pataki. Enjoy some great complimentary appetizers and wonderful conversation with the Governor who helped lead New York and America through the horror and recovery of September 11, 2001. Say hello, enjoy the discussion or just stop by to be social. I'll see you there! (Don't forget to share and invite your friends!)"

Preston said the Hampton stop will be Pataki's only public event. He has private meetings and interviews scheduled on Monday.

Rand Paul Returning to NH (1/8)

Potential 2016 GOP presidential hopeful Rand Paul will be in the Granite State next week, according to New Hampshire Journal's John DiStaso.

DiStaso said the Kentucky Senator will attend private meetings and public events in New Hampshire on Jan. 14. Details are expected to be released shortly.

The Union Leader's Dan Tuohy reports that one of Paul's stops will be at the Londonderry Fish and Game Club, where he'll hold a Second Amendment conversation.

Paul, whose father Ron Paul finished second in the 2012 New Hampshire Primary, made four trips to the state last year - in April, September, October and November.

Perry to NH Reb. 11-12 (1/7)

Rick Perry is planning another trip to New Hampshire, according to NH Journal's John DiStaso.

He is scheduled to visit the Granite State on Feb. 11 and 12. Details have yet to be announced.

After 14 years in office, Perry's last day as Texas governor is Jan. 20. He's planning a trip to Iowa shortly after that as he weighs whether to launch another run for president.

Carson Proves Too Costly (1/6/2015)

Any day now, the stampede of potential 2016 presidential candidates to New Hampshire is expected to begin.

But for now, other than former New York Gov. George Pataki's scheduled appearance on Feb. 2, all remains quiet.

One potential 2016 GOP hopeful who won't be traveling to the Granite State this month is Ben Carson. The organizer of the annual "Keeping the Dream Alive" Martin Luther King Jr. dinner on Jan. 19 in Manchester told the Union Leader that he had hoped to have the former Fox News contributor speak at the event, but Carson's five-figure speaking fee was too steep for the nonprofit organization.

Pataki to Return to NH (12/30)

Former New York Gov. George Pataki, a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate, will return to New Hampshire in January of 2015, according to New Hampshire Journal's John DiStaso.

DiStaso said Pataki will visit the Granite State on Jan. 11 and 12, holding a meet and greet on the Seacoast and meeting with liberty activists in the Concord area.

Pataki made several trips to New Hampshire in 2014, including stops in Manchester and Londonderry in October and a meeting with the University of New Hampshire College Republicans in November.

Rand Paul Airs "Festivus" Grievances (12/24)

Possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate Rand Paul, who leads some New Hampshire polls, may have won Twitter on Tuesday with his airing of "Festivus" grievances, a nod to the faux holiday made famous by the television show "Seinfeld."

Paul, who made several trips to the Granite State in 2014, started the day by letting the Twitterverse know that he would be airing his grievances:

Paul then went on to air his grievances with people, most of them politicians and media members. Here's a quick sampling of some of his more amusing tweets:

Bolton Returning to NH (12/19)

Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton, a possible 2016 GOP presidential contender, will return to New Hampshire on Feb. 2, 2015 to speak at a "Politics & Eggs" breakfast at Saint Anselm College in Manchester.

The event is scheduled for 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Bolton was last in the Granite State on Oct. 15, when he campaigned for Republican Congressional candidate Marilinda Garcia. He also visted the state earlier in the year, speaking at a Republican conference in Nashua back in March.

2016 Candidates on Cuba, "The Interview" (12/18)

Wednesday was a busy news day, and thus a busy social media day for possible 2016 presidential candidates.

With President Barack Obama's Cuba announcement, and Sony calling off the premiere of "The Interview," prospective Republican presidential candidates like Jeb Bush, Ted Cruz and Bobby Jindal took to Twitter to share their views.

Here's a quick look at what some of them had to say:

CUBA

"THE INTERVIEW"

Warren, Bush Supporters Making Noise in NH (12/9)

Supporters hoping to convince Democrat Elizabeth Warren and Republican Jeb Bush to run for president in 2016 appear to be pulling out all the stops.

The New York Times reported Monday that the liberal group MoveOn.org is reportedly set to spend $1 million on a campaign to draft Warren, including opening offices and hiring staff in New Hampshire and Iowa. The group also plans to air TV ads in those states.

Warren, a Massachusetts Senator, has said she is not running for president in 2016.

Meanwhile, RealClearPolitics reported last week that two GOP operatives in New Hampshire were recently contacted by someone close to Bush, who is said to be considering a run.

"I t hink the decision's been made, personally," one of the unnamed Republicans told RealClearPolitics' Scott Conroy.

Bush's spokesperson said the former Florida governor has not made a decision yet on whether or not he'll run.

Clinton 2016 Decision Months Away? (12/3)

Politico is reporting that Hillary Clinton might not be ready to make a decision on a possible 2016 presidential run until late February at the earliest.

According to the political website, Clinton has paid speeches scheduled through Feb. 24, making it unlikely she'll announce a decision to run before then.

In most polls released so far, she leads the Democratic field by a wide margin in New Hampshire and nationally.

Fiorina in NH on Friday (12/2)

Possible 2016 GOP presidential contender Carly Fiorina returns to New Hampshire on Friday, where she will speak at a breakfast meeting of the Independent Business Council of New Hampshire. The event will be held at 8 a.m. at the Manchester Country Club, according to the Union Leader.

Fiorina has already made several trips to New Hampshire.

The field of potential Republican candidates thinned a bit on Tuesday, as Ohio Sen. Rob Portman said he's not going to run in 2016. Portman made several trips to the Granite State in recent months, speaking at "Politics & Eggs" at Saint Anselm College's New Hampshire Institute for Politics and campaigning for Republican Senate candidate Scott Brown.

Another Republican who is seen as a possible 2016 frontrunner, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, announced Tuesday that he will seek reelection to his U.S. Senate seat. His team says he could still run for president, too. Paul has also made numerous stops in New Hampshire over the past year, and has consistently placed near the top of New Hampshire polls of possible Republican 2016 contenders.

Deval Patrick Talks 2016 (11/30)

With his days as Massachusetts governor winding down, Deval Patrick went on "Meet the Press" on Sunday to talk about Ferguson, President Obama and the 2016 presidential race.

Patrick told host Chuck Todd he's considered running for president, but ruled out a run in 2016.

"I've thought about it, but no, I can't get ready for 2016," he said. "I didn't run for the job to get another job."

Patrick was also asked about Hillary Clinton's 2016 prospects, and the "air of inevitability" that surrounds her expected candidacy.

"Well, I think first of all Hillary Clinton... has been an extraordinary public servant and would be a terrific candidate for president," Patrick responded. "But I think that the narrative that it's inevitable is off putting to regular voters. I don't mean that as a criticism of her. I just think that people read inevitability as entitlement, and the American people want and ought to want their candidates to sweat for the job - to actually make a case for why they're the right person at the right time."

Patrick was also asked by Todd if he felt any responsibility for Democrat Martha Coakley's loss to Republican Charlie Baker in this year's Massachusetts governor's election.

"I wasn't on the ballot," Patrick replied. "I ran against the governor-elect four years ago and we had a different outcome there."

Asked again if he felt any responsibility for Coakley's loss, Patrick responded, "Well, look, I'm sorry," but dismissed the notion that his legacy as governor might have hurt Coakley. "The outcomes of elections depend on the candidates - not the folks on the sidelines," he said.

Pataki's Back! (11/25)

Former New York Gov. George Pataki is back in New Hampshire, though he remains a long shot for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.

NH Journal reports Pataki met with the University of New Hampshire College Republicans on Sunday, and toured businesses in Henniker and Keene on Monday. He last visited the Granite State in October.

A new poll released Monday by Bloomberg Politics and Saint Anselm College didn't even include Pataki among the 10 listed GOP contenders for the presidency.

Scott Brown for President? (11/20)

It's been more than two weeks since Republican Scott Brown lost the U.S. Senate race in New Hampshire to Democrat Jeanne Shaheen.

So what's next for him? It was announced Thursday that he'll return to Fox News as a contributor. If he still has political ambitions, he could run for governor in 2016, especially if Gov. Maggie Hassan decides to run for U.S. Senate against Kelly Ayotte, as some have speculated she may do.

Or he could run for president. It's been rumored in the past, and now he's living in the home of the first-in-the-nation primary.

Brown has been keeping a low profile since his election night loss, but he has remained fairly active on Twitter, even commenting on hot button political issues like the Keystone pipeline and continuing to use the #nhpolitics hashtag.

"Fighting for the middle class?" he tweeted Wednesday. "Keystone XL would have created thousands of good union and non-union jobs. Unions in NH - silent. #nhpolitics"

Of course, he also sent out a tweet two days earlier that had nothing to do with politics, talking about how he's looking forward to playing guitar with his daughter Ayla and her band at Mohegan Sun this Sunday.

Trump Says Scott Brown Should Have Won (11/13)

Donald Trump said Wednesday that he could've made the difference in New Hampshire's U.S. Senate race.

Before an appearance at the Nackey S. Loeb First Amendment Awards in Manchester, Trump was asked about 2016, and whether he might run for president. He said it's too early to say, because he's waiting to see who else runs.

"I know every candidate," he said. "Many of them have already come to my office asking for support."

He then changed gears to the mid-term elections, saying Republican Scott Brown came to his office asking for his support in his U.S. Senate race against Democrat Jeanne Shaheen.

"He didn't ask for a robocall," Trump said of Brown. "If he did a robocall, he would've won."

Trump then cited examples of Republican candidates he did robocalls for who won their races on election night - David Perdue in Georgia and Lee Zeldin in New York.

"Scott Brown should've asked me, and I was willing to do it," Trump said, "but I'm not calling him - he's gotta ask me."

Here Comes Donald! (11/12)

Donald Trump is scheduled to be in New Hampshire on Wednesday night, and chances are he'll make headlines.

Unlike some others whose names are talked about as potential 2016 GOP presidential contenders, Trump isn't one to sneak into and out of the state without making any noise. More often than not, he says something controversial that winds up making news.

He's already made two trips to the Granite State in 2014.

In January, he spoke to a packed house at Saint Anselm College, where he made news by commenting on the "Bridgegate" scandal in New Jersey, saying Gov. Chris Christie was "one email away from a disaster."

Trump returned in April, speaking at the New Hampshire Freedom Summit in Manchester. During his speech, he called Obamacare "the single greatest lie I've ever seen in politics" and blasted two other potential 2016 Republican presidential candidates - Jeb Bush and Paul Ryan.

On Wednesday night, Trump is scheduled to speak at the annual Nackey S. Loeb First Amendment Awards. In addition to his speech, he's scheduled to hold a media availability around 5 p.m. NECN will be there, so stay tuned to find out what he says.

Already on Wednesday, Trump has sent out two New Hampshire related tweets:

Run, Rick, Run! (11/11)

During his stop in Manchester on Tuesday, Texas Gov. Rick Perry said he's already gearing up for another run for president. He said he hopes to make a final decision in May or June of 2015.

You might remember that Perry's last run for president back in 2012 didn't go so well. His late entrance to the race received a lot of hype, but following a series of missteps his campaign failed to get off the ground in New Hampshire.

Next up on New Hampshire's presidential carousel? Donald Trump will be in the Granite State on Wednesday. He tends to make headlines, so stay tuned!

Pizza & Beer with Rick Perry? (11/10)

Texas Gov. Rick Perry, a possible 2016 contender for the GOP presidential nomination, made three stops in New Hampshire on Sunday.

He addressed the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women Reception at The Draft in Concord, attended a Sullivan County GOP Committee Reception in Sunapee and held a Dartmouth College Town Hall in Hanover.

Here are some quick takeaways from his stop in Sunapee, courtesy of the Eagle-Times of Claremont:

  • Perry offered no hints as to whether he plans to run for president in 2016.
  • Much of Perry's talk focused on the need for Republicans in other states and at the federal level to pattern their legislative agenda after Texas, specifically when it comes to tax reform and public school accountability.
  • Local Republicans seem to like him. Croydon Selectman Steve Cunningham called Perry "the kind of guy you want to go out and have pizza and beer with... a good, regular fella."

Perry has stops planned in Manchester and Keene today. Check back later for a full report from NECN's Katherine Underwood.

Perry, Trump Coming to NH Next Week (11/7)

Two potential contenders for the Republican presidential nomination in 2016 are scheduled to visit New Hampshire next week.

According to NH Journal, Texas Gov. Rick Perry is scheduled to make stops in Concord, Sunapee and Hanover on Sunday, Nov. 9 and in Manchester and Keene on Monday.

Perry was in court Thursday for a hearing on the charges he is facing for publicly threatening and then vetoing $7.5 million in state funding last year for a public corruption division within the office of Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg after Lehmberg refused to resign after being convicted of a drunken driving charge. Perry has made several trips to New Hampshire already this year. He was forced to cancel a scheduled trip to the state last month due to the Ebola crisis in Texas.

And on Wednesday, Nov. 12, Donald Trump is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the 12th annual Nackey S. Loeb First Amendment Awards. The awards are being held at 7 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, although there will also be a media availability beforehand at 5:05 p.m.

Trump was last in New Hampshire back in January, when he spoke at the Politics & Eggs breakfast at Saint Anselm College in Manchester.
