The Essex County DA's Office is investigating the death of a 4-month-old baby from Lynn, Massachusetts, who was found unresponsive at a homeless shelter Saturday.
Officials responded to the shelter at 555 Western Avenue around 7 p.m.
The male infant was transported to North Shore General Hospital and the later transported to Massachusetts General Hospital.
The infant was pronounced dead Sunday.
No charges have been filed and the incident remains under investigation.
