Authorities believe a 3-alarm fire that broke out over the weekend in Millbury, Massachusetts, was intentionally set.
The office of Fire Marshal Peter Ostroskey announced Monday that the fire at a Railroad Avenue commercial building was being investigated as arson.
Investigators say there is surveillance video showing someone in a car near the building on Railroad Avenue before it caught fire.
Officials also announced there was a close call for firefighters trying to put out the flames.
"As a crew of three people had gone in, one of the burning sections of the second floor dropped down behind them, which almost made it unable to escape the building. Fortunately we got them out on time."
The flames broke out around 11 p.m. Saturday at what is often refered to as "the old NENSCO site," according to the office.
The Millbury Fire Department was assisted on scene by Sutton, Grafton, Auburn, and Northbridge officials. Upton and Oxford covered the Millbury station.

Most of the back of the building was destroyed, but the front of the building was mostly saved with just some smoke and water damage.
The damaged building housed several businesses.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Arson Hotline at 1-800-682-9229. Up to $5,000 is being offered as a reward for information that helps lead to an arrest.
Millbury Fire and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the fire marshal's office are continuing to investigate.
