Mass. Brewery Re-Releases GOAT-Themed Beer in Honor of Tom Brady

G.O.A.T. by Lynn's Bent Water Brewing will arrive to retail stores on Sept. 4, ahead of the Patriot's regular season

A Massachusetts brewery is back with a special edition GOAT-themed lager in honor of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, known to his many fans as "the greatest of all time," just in time for the kickoff of the team's regular season.

G.O.A.T. by Lynn's Bent Water Brewing is a "helles style lager" made with German malts.

"G.O.A.T. is approachable with a mild bitterness and pleasant pilsner graininess along with noble hop aromas of hay and floral notes," Head Brewer Adam Denny Golab said in a statement.

The brewery has been selling G.O.A.T beer seasonally since September 2017.

The design on this year's can shows a goat wearing a helmet with six horns to represent Brady's six Super Bowl wins. There's also the numeral twelve on the can — his number, of course.

This year's first batch of cans will arrive to retail stores on Sept. 4 and will be available on draft and in cans at the brewery's taproom in Lynn Sept. 5.

The Patriots kick off their regular season against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sept. 9.
