Boston Calling Announces 2019 Lineup

The much-anticipated announcement was made on Thursday morning

The lineup for Boston Calling 2019 was released Thursday morning, featuring headliners Twenty One Pilots, Travis Scott and Tame Impala.

Other major acts include Odesza; Logic; Greta Van Fleet; Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals; Hozier; Janelle Monae; Brandi Carlile; Lord Huron; Sheck Wes; Rainbow Kitten Surprise; Christine and the Queens; Big Red Machine, an experimental collaboration between Justin Vernon of Bon Iver and Aaron Dessner of The National; and Black Star, the hip-hop duo of Mos Def and Talib Kweli.

Boston Calling will be held over Memorial Day Weekend, from May 24 to 26, at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston. It will be the festival's third year in Allston after being held at City Hall Plaza in previous years.

Last year's lineup was among the most star-studded in the event's history, with acts like Eminem, The Killers, Jack White, Khalid, Portugal. The Man and more.

In addition to the musical acts, this year's festival will include comedians like Michael Che, Jenny Slate and Fred Armisen. The Boston Ballet will also perform.

Tickets will be available in a tiered pricing structure this year, with the lowest price tickets on sale beginning Thursday and gradually increasing as the festival draws closer.
