Clover Food Lab to Open in Boston's Back Bay

A local group of vegetarian fast-food restaurants is going to be opening a location in one of the busiest parts of Boston.

According to an article from Eater Boston, Clover Food Lab is planning to open in the Back Bay, moving into the space on Boylston Street that had been home to Globe Bar & Cafe before it moved to the former Rattlesnake Bar & Grill a short distance east on Boylston early last year. This will be the first brick-and-mortar location of Clover in the Back Bay, though as Eater says, they did have a food truck set up on Newbury Street until the summer of 2017.

If all goes as planned, the new location of Clover could be opening in the Back Bay this fall.
