Cops: Man Wields Metal Pipe in Road Rage Incident

Using the photos the victim took, police were able to identify the suspect as Joseph Giard-Bell, a fully-patched member of the Reservoir Dogs Motorcycle Club.

Police in North Adams, Massachusetts, have arrested a man accused of brandishing a weapon during an alleged road rage incident.

A female caller told police Tuesday around 6:30 p.m. that a car being driven near her in an erratic manner on Curran Memorial Highway forced her to stop. Her young child was in her vehicle at the time.

She reported that the driver approached her vehicle with a metal pipe, at which point she was able to take pictures of the man with her cell phone and flee the area as he was approaching. Several other witnesses also reported the incident to police.

Using the photos she took, police were able to identify the suspect as Joseph Giard-Bell, a fully-patched member of the Reservoir Dogs Motorcycle Club.

Giard-Bell was located and taken into custody without incident. He is being charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon.
