A pedestrian who was struck by a car Sunday afternoon in Hingham, Massachusetts, has died, according to the District Attorney’s office.
The victim sustained serious injuries in the crash on Route 3A south and was taken to a local hospital.
Route 3A south near the Hingham Shipyard was detoured during the investigation.
Police have not said if the driver faces charges.
