Former Reebok Founder Paul Fireman Changes Agents for $38M ‘Tour-de-Force' Brookline Estate

The property had been listed as one of America's 20 most expensive homes

Reebok founder Paul Fireman has tapped George and Manny Sarkis of Douglas Elliman as the new listing agents for his $38 million estate on 7.32 acres in Brookline.

Woodland Manor was originally listed nearly three years ago as a 14-acre estate for $90 million. The price later dropped, and agents split the property’s acreage.

The eight-bedroom, seven-bath mansion spans 26,623 square feet.
