Former US Attorney General Eric Holder Speaks in NH

Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder brought his fight against partisan gerrymandering to New Hampshire, saying in too many places, politicians are picking their voters instead of the other way around.

Holder, who served in the Obama administration, spoke Friday at the "Politics and Eggs" forum at Saint Anselm College, a popular stop for potential presidential candidates. While the Democrat says he's considering a run in 2020, he said his efforts to promote fair redistricting drew him to the first-in-the-nation primary state.

He predicts a "blue wave" in the upcoming midterm elections, but says it will crash against the obstacle of districts that have been re-drawn to favor Republicans.

Holder current serves as the chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee.
