On Saturday, former Patriot Rodney Harrison expressed a thought that many a non-Patriots fan has had over the last decade: Brady should retire after winning this one last Super Bowl.
"As a friend, I'd like to see him win a championship and move on", said Harrison on his radio show. You and everyone outside of New England, Rodney.
Brady has expressed his desire to play until 45 many times, and while he didn't look quite like the best version of himself during the regular season, he's performed with a vengance in his two playoff wins this year, racking up nearly 700 yards and two touchdowns against the Chiefs and Chargers- not to mention his surgical game-winning drive in OT against Kansas City to send his team to the Super Bowl.
Brady still has it, no question, even if the talking heads insist otherwise.

Come at it from a personal aspect like Harrison, however, and Brady doesn't have anything left to prove playing a game that takes a vast physical toll.
In any case, barring a sudden change of heart, Brady seems unlikely to retire after this season, but he'll do his best to win his sixth championship. That, we can be sure of.
