The frozen, fully clothed body of a man was discovered in a marshy area of Woburn, Massachusetts on Wednesday, according to police.

Police investigators tell NBC10 Boston they believe the body is that of Owen Duffy, 39, of Woburn, who has been missing for about three weeks.

Police say there were no obvious signs of foul play and they should have more information about the circumstances of his death tonight or tomorrow.

Duffy lived in the same neighborhood where the body was discovered.

Police say they searched for Duffy when he was initially reported missing, and they were back out looking this morning.

They would not say what led them to the marsh today.

According to posters, Duffy left his home between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Nov. 15, and was supposed to head to work but never made it. He suffers from high anxiety and did not have his medication with him, according to his family.
