Buildings in a Massachusetts town were briefly evacuated following a reported gas line break on Monday afternoon.
Weymouth police say Water Street closed due to the gas line break, and that nearby residences, including Pope Towers, had to be evacuated as a precaution.
Drivers and residents were asked to avoid the area, which has since reopened.
No other details were immediately available.
