A police officer in Massachusetts bravely came to the aid of a confused skunk in Hull that had its head stuck in a cup.
The Hull Police Department on Friday tweeted a video of Sgt. Minelli’s good deed, which happened during the overnight shift. In the video, a skunk can be seen struggling and walking in circles before Minelli carefully removes the cup.
Once free, the critter scurried under a nearby car while officers could be heard saying, "Let's get out of here."
The tweet included a reminder to residents to dispose of their trash properly.
Minelli was not sprayed by the animal, unlike another Massachusetts officer who tried to help a skunk last month.
