A suburban barbecue spot is shuttered, and it is not known when (or if) it might reopen.
According to several sources, Lester's Roadside BBQ in Burlington has been locked up and dark this week, with a check on the Cambridge Street restaurant indicating that there is one sign inside the door that says "Sorry, we are closed," while another sign says "Closed until further notice" while giving an email address below for more information. We sent an email out to the place yesterday and are waiting to hear back, but as of now, no further information on its closing has been given.
Lester's first opened in 2005, offering such items as ribs, pulled pork and chicken, brisket, chili, sausage, macaroni and cheese, and more.
