The Bruins picked the perfect banner captain to fire up the TD Garden crowd for Game 7.
That would be Liam Fitzgerald, a.k.a the Fist Bump Kid. The 13-year-old was battling leukemia when the B's won the Cup back in 2011, but now he's cancer free and waving the honorary flag alongside Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman and Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman.
Edelman and Raisman both wore David Ortiz jerseys to pay tribute to the Red Sox legend, who was shot in the Dominican Republic on Sunday night and currently recovering at Mass General Hospital.
