One of the bigger names within the Boston-area brewery scene is making plans to expand--and its expansion plans include a massive new space by the city's waterfront.
Eater Boston is reporting (via Brewbound) that Lord Hobo Brewing Company is looking at opening a restaurant and taproom in the Seaport District that would have a seating for 800 during the warmer months, with half of those being on an outdoor patio. The new spot, whose exact address has not been given as of yet, is only part of the company's future plans, as an expansion of its facility in Woburn is also in the works, while a taproom could be coming to New York City as well.
The person behind Lord Hobo Brewing Company is Daniel Lanigan, who also runs the original Lord Hobo beer bar between Kendall Square and Inman Square in Cambridge.
