Man Allegedly Urinates in Front of Commuter Train Passengers

A Massachusetts man was arrested for allegedly urinating in front of passengers on an MBTA Commuter Rail train Monday afternoon.

Keith Comeau, 38, of Haverhill, was traveling on an inbound Haverhill Line commuter rail train when he stood at the head of the car, lowered his pants and underpants, and began to urinate on the train car floor, according to police. The incident was witnessed by approximately 30-40 passengers on the train.

Train personnel pointed out Comeau to Transit police officers inside North Station and they placed him into custody for open and gross lewdness.

Comeau was transported to the Transit Police Department headquarters for booking. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
