An arrest has been made in connection with a murder in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
According to the Worcester District Attorney, 28-year-old Andrew Mathieu of Leominster has been charged with murder and carrying an unlicensed firearm. Prosecutors say he killed 24-year-old Roy Rivera on May 12 on Milk Street.
Mathieu will be arraigned in Fitchburg District Court on Tuesday.
The investigation is on-going.
