A New Bedford, Massachusetts, man died after he drowned in the water off Fort Taber Sunday night after his raft overturned.
Officials say the 46-year-old man was pulled from the strong currents along with two other people.
He was rushed to a hospital, but was ultimately unable to be revived.
Officials have not said the conditions of the other two people from the water.
