DA: Suspicious Death in Hillsborough, New Hampshire Home Ruled Murder

Hillsborough police found the man's body after responding to a residence around 2:47 a.m.

State officials say a man found deceased in a New Hampshire home overnight on Saturday had been stabbed to death. 

Police responded to a Hillsborough residence around 2:47 a.m. where they located the deceased man, New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald announced.

Officials originially said the death was suspicious. An autopsy determined the man, identified as 52-year-old Brett Wilson, of Elkins/New London, New Hampshire, had been stabbed multiple times. 

Police believe they have identified everyone involved in the incident. Authorities say there is no danger to the public. 

The incident remains under investigation
