Man Arrested, Accused of Sexually Assaulting In-Home Caregiver in NH

A 71-year-old man has been arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a relative’s in-home caregiver, according New Hampshire police.

Bruno Meoli, 71, of Peabody, Massachusetts was arrested Friday on charges including sexual assault and three counts of simple assault.

Police in Nashua say an officer responded to an address on May 10 following a report of a sexual assault that happened within the past year. The victim said she was an in-home caregiver for one of Meoli’s family members when he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

The suspect was arrested as a result of the investigation. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Aug. 22 at the Hillsborough County Superior Court.
