Authorities in New Hampshire announced Tuesday that a body pulled from the Lamprey River in Epping is that of a missing 25-year-old Manchester woman.
Raymond Police Chief Michael Labell said volunteers searching for Nicole Davis found her body Tuesday afternoon, and authorities were able to confirm her identity.
Davis was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday after she walked away from the Pine Acres Campground on Freetown Road in Raymond.
"Our investigation at this point indicates that she was a camper, she was with her friends. We have information that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages," said Labell. "At some point, she went for a walk, and then it was reported, when she didn't return, to us, and that's when we started to search."
Davis' death has been ruled accidental.
"At this point, the nature of her death appears to be an accidental drowning," Labell said.
State and local officials had been searching the area since Sunday in hopes of finding Davis.

Davis' two older brothers stood in disbelief after the announcement.
"She's very lovable. She's the best sister you could ask for," said Davis' brother Patrick Feddersen. "I gave her a nice big hug on Easter and said, 'I'll talk to you soon' and 'We will make some plans for Mother's Day.'"
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
"Our condolences go out to Nicole's family and friends. We understand that this is not an easy time for them," Labell said.
