New Survey Shows Joe Biden Leading Among NH Primary Voters

More than two dozen Democrats have announced they are running for president, but it appears former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has already won over many New Hampshire voters, as he leads in the latest poll since his announcement.

A new Suffolk University/Boston Globe poll shows Biden has support from 20% of likely voters in the New Hampshire Primary. Coming in second is Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders with 12%, followed closely by South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg at just under 12%. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren came in fourth at 8%.

The poll was released Tuesday and was administered by the Suffolk University Political Research Center, according to the Globe. Eight hundred Democrat, Republican and unaffiliated voters were reportedly surveyed from Thursday to Sunday for the poll.

The top four Democrats leading the poll reportedly made up almost 53% of support from participants.
