Massachusetts-based Bertucci's has a new owner.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the owner of Orlando-based Planet Hollywood, Buca di Beppo and Earl of Sandwich will pay more than $3 million in cash for the bankrupt pizza chain.
The paper reports Earl Enterprises will also acquire the chain's $4 million of debt.
Bertucci's filed for bankruptcy in April, following a decline in sales over several years.
The deal is expected to close sometime in late June.
The first Bertucci's restaurant opened in the early 1980s in Somerville.
