Pick of the Weekend: Beautiful, Sunny Sunday

Today looks even warmer and brighter than Saturday. There won’t be any thunderstorms, making the it pick of the weekend. Humidity levels will remain fairly low. Winds will be offshore and that will keep coastal communities pretty toasty.

The sea breeze makes a return Monday. Temperatures inland will once again reach the 80s while the coastline stays in the 70s. Much of the day will be dry.

Tuesday, a storm system will be moving in from the west. Showers and periods of steadier rain and thunder will be possible by the afternoon. Temperatures will be significantly cooler in the low to mid 70s.

Showers will clear out Wednesday morning and with the help of some afternoon sunshine temperatures will reach the low 80s.

We’re forecasting a fairly significant warm up late in the week. Our airmass will turn more humid and temperatures will reach the mid to upper 80s. Some communities could see their first 90 degree weather of the season. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms will be possible. Cooler, less humid air will return by next Sunday.
