Police Investigate Whale Jaw Bone Theft

The Yarmouth Police Department are investigating the theft of a 6- to 7-foot whale jaw bone.

Police responded to a call from the International Fund for Animal Welfare Headquarters of a stolen right whale jaw bone.

The jaw bone was stored behind an outdoor storage area and is estimated to be worth at least $5,000.

No other details about the theft were immediately available.
