Police in Walpole, Massachusetts, are seeking to identify a male individual in relation to a recent upskirting incident at the Walpole Mall.
According to a press release, the incident occurred at the Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store at the mall. It was the second incident in the past two weeks.
The suspect in both incidents appears to be the same individual, police said. He is described as being in his 20s, about 5'7" tall, and was wearing tan shorts and a blue T-shirt. He approached both women from behind, then crouched down and took a picture under their skirts with his cell phone.
