Two Massachusetts men accused of trying to abduct a girl into their van Wednesday morning will be arraigned in court Thursday.
Falmouth police say the the men tried to lure a middle school-aged girl inside of their van as she was waiting for the bus. The victim did not get into the van and is safe.
"The young lady went to school, told the administration what happened, and that's when they called us," said Chief Edward Dunne of the Falmouth Police Department.
Police arrested the suspects, 60-year-old Dennis Bartlett and 61-year-old Bruce Bartlett at a home on Palmer Avenue after hours of searching.
They are charged with attempted abduction, enticing a minor, and conspiracy.
