A Manchester school teacher is now on paid administrative leave after Chester, New Hampshire, police say she hosted an after prom party with lots of alcohol for her daughter and at least 25 of her friends.
Police say they got a 911 call at about 3 a.m. Sunday for a loud party. Chief William Burke says the beautiful home at the end of a quiet street looked more like a college frat house when officers arrived.
"The officer observed several juveniles passed out throughout the house," Chief Burke said.
He says there was a teen found doing donuts in the backyard, other kids drunk and asleep in their cars.
"So intoxicated they had vomited all over themselves," Chief Burke explained.
Police say most of the 25 teenagers are from Pinkerton Academy.
"The kids are talking about it," said Andrea Morrison who has two sons who go to Pinkerton. "It's scary, you just hope your child will never get in a car with somebody who is doing this."

In a statement to necn, Pinkerton Dean of Students Glenn Ahrens wrote, "Pinkerton Academy has not been made aware by Chester Police of any connection between any of its students and an alleged house party. We would be disappointed to learn if any students made poor choices and we are internally reviewing the situation. When and if Chester Police provide details about the reported incident, we will review the circumstances for possible follow-up action."
Police charged the homeowner, Steffany Maloney, with facilitating an underage drinking party. Police say she's got two children and that the oldest one was drunk.
Maloney, a first grade teacher in Manchester, has been put on administrative leave, according to a Manchester School District official. Necn tried to get her side of the story Wednesday, but she didn't answer the door.
"I feel bad for the family," Morrison said. "Sometimes you want to be the friend and you can't be the friend."
Chief Burke says one male student suffered a cut on his head while he tried running from officer. Other than that, police say there were no serious injuries.
"My biggest fear is that some poor parent is going to lose a child," Chief Burke said. "That's the last thing we want is to bury a child."
Police are still in the process of interviewing all of the teenagers involved. They say some of those kids could be charged with possession and that Maloney could face additional charges.
