    Alligator BBQ Coming to Quincy?

This week's Restaurant Roundup includes a daring BBQ joint, the closing of a restaurant near Fenway and more locations for popular restaurants. (Published Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019)

A local group of bakeries known in part for their pizza has closed one of their locations.

According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Roma's Bakery & Deli in Burlington is no longer in operation, with a message from the business confirming this, saying that the Woburn and Billerica locations remain open. No reason has been given for the closure of the shop, with the poster on the Facebook page indicating that a sign out front simply refers customers to the Woburn outlet.

Roma's in Burlington offered such items as baked goods, pastries, salads, sandwiches, and calzones, and it also served Sicilian-style squares of pizza as well; our sister site (Boston's Hidden Restaurants) has featured the Woburn location in part for its Sicilian slices, with the review being found here:

The address for the now-closed Burlington location of Roma's Bakery & Deli was 45 Winn Street, Burlington, MA, 01803.
