St. Patrick's Day Celebrations in Dot!

You know what they say—if you’re lucky enough to be Irish you’re lucky enough! And how lucky are we that St. Paddy’s Day falls on a weekend? Dorchester has lots going on, get your green on and celebrate!

The Bowery Bar is celebrating with not one, not two but 5 Days of Celebrations! Enjoy lunch, dinner and drink specials from March 13th-March 17th. On Sunday, March 17th there will be live music on the patio – weather permitting with It’s An AJ Thing!

Lower Mills Tavern will be featuring live Irish sessions all day long! Make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner! Enjoy brunch specials like Guinness Beef Stew and Corn Beef Hash! We also highly recommend their craft cocktail The Irish made with Irish whiskey, maple liqueur, cinnamon simple, hot coffee; topped with chocolate whipped cream & dash of salt 11.

Bring on the beer!

Dorchester Brewing Company is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day as the Irish intended – with a full day of drinking great beer on Saturday, March 16th from 11:30 am-11:00 pm! With an expanded capacity to fit everyone IN who wants IN, there will be plenty of room for all! With fresh beer, live music, traditional food and more! Events include a Beer Release from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm and live music from Blue Light Bandits, an independent groove rock band from Worcester. Brato Brewhouse + Kitchen will be serving up their version of Irish food from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The menu includes Beer Brined Corned Beef with Stout Mustard, Fingerling Potatoes, Carrots, Braised Cabbage, Irish Pork Sausage with Garlic Mustard, Crispy Leeks, Irish Cheddar Grilled Cheese with Whiskey Glazed Onions on Rosemary Sourdough. Celebrate St. Patrick’s all weekend long at Dorset Hall with live music, food and drink specials, live Irish dance and more! Check out their Facebook page for the full lineup!

Listen to Live Music

Get lucky at Lucy’s American Tavern from March 13th-March 17th! Enjoy 5 days of celebrations including whiskey tastings, Irish food, and live music with The Emergency Broadcast System!

The Industry will be featuring live Irish music on Saturday, March 16th from 8 PM to 11 PM. Enjoy the songs and stories of Ireland brought to life by none other than Ireland’s own Paddy Mór – a Galway native who has performed in both Ireland and the United States!  On Sunday, March 17th, The Industry opens at 10 am with live music by DJ Bren!  Connolly Academy of Irish Dance will be stopping by too!

Corned Beef and Cabbage

A time-honored tradition! The Eire Pub will be serving up corned beef and cabbage all day long. Pairs perfectly with Guinness

Landmark Public House will have the Connolly Academy of Irish Dance at 12 pm followed by live music all day! They’ll be serving the good stuff (aka corned beef & cabbage) all day and weather permitting, they’ll have an outdoor patio and beer stations.
