Suspected OUI Driver Arrested for Hit-and-Run on Cape: PD

A woman arrested on suspicion of a hit-and-run crash while allegedly OUI in Hyannis, Massachusetts is expected to be arraigned Friday.

At 11:35 p.m., police received a call of the crash near the intersection of Main and Sea Streets, according to officials. The caller gave police a description of the vehicle, license plate number and direction the driver was last seen traveling.

Police say the driver, 23-year-old Dasia Woolery of Centerville, was traveling the wrong way on a one-way street. She was arrested shortly after the call and charged with one-way street violation and operating negligently to endanger.

Woolery is scheduled to be arraigned at Barnstable District Court. It is unclear if she has an attorney.

No injuries were reported in the crash.
